In this introductory workshop, participants will explore the nine different personality types of the Enneagram through theory, interactive exercises, and movement.

Many individuals worry about, “being put into a box”when they hear that there are nine different personality types.  The reality is that each of us have created our own box – defined by our personality.  The psychology of the Enneagram helps us become aware of fears that our personality avoids by staying in a box of habitual patterns.

Through this day participants will:

  • learn about the basic fears and desires of each type and how this creates a triangle of identity that takes us out of being grounded in “the moment”
  • try different exercises to allow ourselves to grounded within our bodies, open our hearts with compassion and quiet our minds
  • and experience some of the gifts of each type

By letting some fears go, we can see parts of ourselves beyond our personality and become more grounded in the Present Moment with a deeper connection to our true selves.
