In this introductory workshop, participants will explore the nine different personality types of the Enneagram through theory, interactive exercises, and movement. Many individuals worry about, “being put into a box”when they hear that there are nine different personality types. The reality is that each of us have created our own box – defined by our personality. The psychology of the Enneagram helps us become aware of fears that our personality avoids by staying in a box of habitual patterns.
